My experience, it was terrible, I paid the package in full in cash, we were 2 adults and a minor under 12 years old, which they made me pay as an adult, then they canceled an excursion ($380,000.) They issued me a credit note dated July 19 and they refunded it to me on October 18 after claiming it three times. Meanwhile, they worked with me for money, a great business for them. On the other hand, when I had to reschedule the flight, they charged me $20,000 more each while at the airport. They charged me that amount for the three of us, when I arrived at the destination I paid for the transfer and they told me that I could have rescheduled it without problems and without paying anything because I had already paid it but the agency charged me before "I WILL NEVER BE IN THAT AGENCY AGAIN AND LESS IN RAMOS MEJÍA" how everyone promises you everything and once you paid, everything changes "THEY FIT VERY WELL WITH THE DEFINITION OF SCAMMERS" it is not a travel agency but a "TRUE DEN OF THIEVES" as in this blessed country there is no type of control the unscrupulous do what they want

We entered, they were attending, an agent vacated and a couple entered (who apparently were acquaintances) and they were attended to when we were waiting for 20 minutes. Apparently you have to be friends to be served. BAD TO THE WORLD OF RAMOS MEJIA
I don't buy at Al Mundo anymore. The service in Ramos is terrible, they are there to sell, but if problems arise, they do not provide even a minimum of solutions. They are never on schedule, and when it is not to sell, they hide behind the fact that there is supposedly never a system or internet. They made me waste a lot of time and money and then offered me alternatives that cost me as much and more than buying new tickets. Really buy directly from the airlines, because they are a scam. I'm going straight to consumer protection.

When you are about to buy the ticket they show you a smile. Once purchased, if you need help, they ignore you. DO NOT GO TO THIS BRANCH.
